Lead AI Solutions Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid) | Full-time

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, designing and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions to solve real business problems.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll act as a hands-on technical lead, shaping solution architecture, structuring delivery, and guiding teams from concept through to deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand complex business challenges
Design and document scalable, robust AI solution architectures
Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions, from initial concept to production
Break down projects into clear workstreams and guide engineering teams through execution
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI workflows and capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

Strong solution architecture mindset - able to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable designs
Proven experience leading technical delivery end-to-end
Excellent structured problem-solving skills
Confident in client-facing environments, working with both technical and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of systems design and architecture
Exposure to LLMs, RAG, MCP, or agent-based workflows is a plus (not essential)
