Job Type: Full-time

Compensation

Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $100,000
Commission (Total $225 per demo)
$75 per qualified demo booked
$150 per deal closed
Automatic eligibility to participate in the Company’s stock option plan after six (6) months of continuous employment

What You’ll Do

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (100+ calls daily) to generate new sales opportunities
Engage clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers to introduce BoomerangFX solutions
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Account Executive team
Communicate our value proposition and benefits to potential clients
Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in the CRM system
Consistently meet and exceed monthly demo booking targets

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Competitive mindset with a strong drive to hit sales targets
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing sales is an asset
