Job Summary -
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to design,
Develop, and maintain custom applications and platform enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
The role involves working onsite in Charlotte, collaborating with architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and maintain custom scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Configure modules with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
Write server-side and client-side JavaScript using ServiceNow APIs.
Troubleshoot complex issues and support platform upgrades, patching, and testing.
Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications -
5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
2+ years building scoped applications.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HR, or custom apps.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have -
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations.
Agile/DevOps experience.
Important Notes:
Onsite role in Charlotte, NC.
W2 only – no C2C, H1B, or third-party contractors.
