Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist – Production QC

Location: Liberty, MO (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $22–$26/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)

Type: Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), OT & weekends available

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that rupture discs and related accessories meet all documented guidelines, including manufacturing procedures, drawings, national standards, and customer specifications.

This role involves conducting receiving, in-process, and final inspections, along with calibration of precision measuring instruments to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company procedures and certification standards to ensure all fabricated and machined products meet drawing, work order, and customer requirements

• Perform receiving inspection of all purchased parts

• Conduct first article and in-process inspections in the CNC area

• Perform final inspection of all products before packaging and shipment

• Route accepted parts and products to the next stage of processing

• Identify and document non-conforming parts/products and move them to designated holding areas

• Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment, including pressure, control, and computer gauges

• Track and enter inspection data into systems

• Develop non-conformance charts and provide weekly updates

• Perform additional duties as required based on workload and business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree in Industrial Technology or related field preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Intermediate math and reading skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of applicable certification standards and codes

• Working knowledge of computers, including ERP systems, Microsoft Windows, and MS Office
