Responsibilities

Design and develop sophisticated web applications using ReactJS to meet the specific needs of the insurance industry
Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, setting high standards for software quality
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability to manage large data volumes
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and share best practices to maintain a culture of excellence
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the robustness and reliability of the applications
Promote the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that improve the functionality and user experience of our applications

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end developer
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Proficiency in ReactJS
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frontend frameworks
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Maturity in decision-making and handling responsibilities, taking initiative in addressing project needs and challenges
In-depth understanding of responsive design, performance optimization and web architecture
