Job Description

The Strategic Partner Sales Manager (SPSM) is an experienced professional responsible for the implementation and expansion of indirect sales models globally, resulting in incremental revenue to the CyberArk. The role involves the execution on all phases and aspects of pipeline development and partner enablement as well as on-going strategic account management of indirect and/or influence sales to end-customer organizations. The SPSM will be the primary contact in EMEA at the executive level for one of CYBR’s largest global system integrator and will be responsible for managing the overall corporate relationship with this partner. The SPSM will develop and executive a global partner plan that covers a variety of relationship and partnership building activities such as the sponsorship of customer events, organizing prospect meetings, executive connect meetings, enablement and certification development sessions, go-to-market sales strategy creation, innovation development and regular partnership governance reviews.

Responsibilities:


Develop, drive, and execute sales plan with global strategic partner
Assist partner in delivering CyberArk solutions to joint customers in conjunction with CyberArk field sales and services teams
Develop and execute channel marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue for CyberArk and the assigned partner
Present CyberArk solutions at partner speaking engagements
Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
Demonstrate a “whatever-it-takes” attitude to ensure CyberArk’s partners are knowledgeable, driven and successful at delivering our solutions to their customers and prospects


Qualifications


10+ years’ experience building and managing global system integrator or advisory partner relationships
Strong technical aptitude a must
Must be motivated by driving influence or indirect revenue with a record of quota over-achievement
Ability to recruit, manage and grow partnerships that deliver value added services in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privileged Access Security
Experience working in a hybrid sales environment of direct and indirect sales and building cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Must be a strategic thinker, leader and tactical implementer
Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired
Wiling to travel is required (approximately 50%)
