Key Responsibilities:
Manage Requests: Handle business inquiries related to donations, grants, sponsorships, travel, meals, gifts, and entertainment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and anti-corruption laws.
Triage Escalations: Collaborate with the Compliance Centre of Excellence to address third-party due diligence and other review procedures, identifying and managing potential red-flags.
Project Management: Lead cross-vertical anti-corruption approvals for global initiatives, including emergency events and scaled programmes.
Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on approval requests and recommend operational improvements.
Stakeholder Representation: Act as the voice of the Regional Ethics and Compliance teams in cross-functional meetings, supporting tooling improvements and workflow development.
Playbook Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain Reviewer & Approvals Playbooks, enhancing reporting metrics related to anti-corruption reviews.
Collaboration: Work with regional teams to analyse and recommend necessary anti-corruption approvals as part of new product compliance initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Sufficient years in ethics and compliance, risk mitigation, or internal audit within a multinational company.
Prioritisation Skills: Ability to effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities with a flexible, team-oriented approach.
Attention to Detail: High professional ethics and meticulous attention to detail.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in technology, media, advertising, or telecommunications is advantageous.
Proven knowledge of core business processes within these industries is a plus.

Networking Basics: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP. The team supports a comprehensive programme, aimed at consolidating the network and voice platforms. The business operates a hybrid operating model to deliver network and voice services to colleagues and customers alike, via their technical in-house teams and outsourced/managed services. The role will involve working with the Network Infrastructure and Voice teams to deliver configuration and maintenance of routing, switching and security devices within the enterprise campus and Data Centre environments. There will be further responsibility for Lifecycle management for all network devices including upgrades, capacity management and succession planning. Candidates will be expected to provide technical support for complex problems and sharing of specialist experience, as well as supporting delivery of Network/Voice solution design documents. You will proactively contribute to technical discussions and work closely with relevant stakeholders across the business effectively. Skills/Experience Required Extensive technical background with Cisco routing and switching technologies, including ACI Broad understanding/experience of Juniper or Palo Alto network environments Broad expertise across network security and voice Detailed knowledge across TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN Wireless routing protocols expertise - OSPF, BGP Network monitoring tools exposure Strong understanding of the technologies and challenges in data centre environments Financial Services experience is beneficial.
