THE COMPANY
A leading market research agency is looking for a Market Research Analyst to join their growing analytics team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects, applying statistical techniques to deliver actionable insights for major clients. You’ll be an integral part of both the analytics and wider research teams, developing your skills in segmentation, driver analysis, and other advanced methodologies.

THE ROLE
As a Market Research Analyst, you will:
Support the design and execution of research projects with an analytical component, such as segmentation and driver analysis.
Clean and analyze survey data, producing anything from basic tables to complex data-driven insights.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the appropriate statistical techniques are applied to projects.
Develop expertise in both standard and advanced marketing analytics techniques, with support from senior team members.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proficiency in R, including data wrangling (apply family of functions), simple function writing, and string processing.
Experience with analytical techniques such as regression (linear, logistic, Shapley), segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint, and pricing models (Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger) would be beneficial.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of SPSS syntax, Excel Macros, or VBA is a plus.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret key client questions and extract meaningful insights.
An appreciation for storytelling with data, ensuring insights go beyond models and techniques.

THE BENEFITS
Up to £38,000 salary (DOE).
Flexible hybrid working (2 days in London office).
Hands-on exposure to a wide range of analytical techniques.
Opportunity to work on high-profile market research projects with top brands.
