Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join its PMS/ERP Programme team. This individual will design and implement end-to-end business solutions that align with the organization's objectives and optimize processes across S2C, P2P, and R2R. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, while leading a design function composed of Business Analysts and SMEs.
As the Business Architect you will:
Lead the PMS business design implementation, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Manage the integration of the PMS system with other enterprise applications and data sources.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems.
Identify and resolve issues or defects that arise during testing and after go-live.
Leverage your expertise to support the design and implementation of optimized, coherent end-to-end processes.
Develop and maintain the overall PMS business solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of functional solutions with existing systems and processes.
Oversee the creation of detailed solution design documents, including data models, process flows, and integration points.
Lead Business Design Authority governance boards to ensure the 'to-be' design and decisions are assessed and supported by key stakeholder groups.
Work closely with business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall IT strategy.
Engage with external vendors and partners to design the business solution.
This is a initial 6 month contract, with the scope of work being for atleast 2-3 years. At the start you are expected to be in the office, which is located in London, 3 days a week.
This is an Inside IR35 role and ££ is negotiable - Subject to experience.
