Job Description
Jefferies Restructuring Team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Analyst to be based in our London office. Analysts in Financial Restructuring work on a variety of transactions within the group, including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
Jefferies a unique opportunity for Analysts to work on projects that provide exposure to a wide variety of financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
The successful individual will be responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities
Qualifications/ Experience
1-3 years work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution.
Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Location of work
This role is based in London and will be office based or flexible working with a blend of home and office, subject to Jefferies operational requirements
