Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead (2-Year FTC)

Location: London

5 Days on site

Salary: 80-100k

Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior BA / Project Lead to deliver projects across core banking and treasury systems. The role combines business analysis, project management, and application SME responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and projects.
Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Develop SME knowledge of banking platforms (e.g., Flexcube, OPICS, Bloomberg TOMS).
Support UAT, configuration reviews, and system integrations.
Collaborate on data warehousing, reporting, and BI solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team planning.

Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of banking and treasury operations.
Experience with major banking/treasury platforms.
10+ years in business analysis and project delivery.
Skilled in producing BRDs/FRDs, process maps, and test plans.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient with Jira, SharePoint, MS Project, and BI tools.
