Marketing Manager – 12 Month FTC

Exclusive opportunity for a broadly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join a London based, international B2B publishing & conference company on an initial 12 month FTC basis with potential for role to turn permanent.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible creating and delivering marketing plans that support the company’s objectives. Key role focuses include events, social media, copywriting & collateral design.

Hybrid working: Ad Hoc office attendance in central London office

Full time or Part time potential for the role depending on candidate preference

Roles & responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Develop compelling copy for a range of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, website content, and social media updates.
Plan and create engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Help coordinate marketing projects, keeping timelines on track and ensuring smooth execution.
Organise and prepare marketing materials for industry events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand representation.
Work with the design team to contribute to creative projects, supporting larger campaigns with visual assets and marketing collateral.
Assist with general marketing admin, including campaign tracking, data management, and reporting.

Skills & experience:
A professional, adaptable, and committed team player with a proactive approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and communicate effectively across different channels (email, phone, and in-person).
A fast learner who takes initiative and solves problems independently
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is desirable but not essential.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

The Role We are seeking a Timesheet & Pay Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover to support our Time & Attendance compliance processes across the UK. This role is critical in ensuring accurate time tracking, project code allocations, and compliance with UK and global employment regulations regarding working time, leave entitlements, and legal best practices. We are looking for someone who is “solution-focused” and experienced in working under pressure to meet strict deadlines and business requirements. The successful candidate must be a quick learner, flexible, and be able to adapt quickly to the Company, culture and environment. What will I be doing? Majority of this role will be responsible for Time & Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain time-tracking systems (Deltek, Costpoint, T-Time) to ensure accurate employee time entry and approval across UK and other global entities. Verify project code allocations, ensuring time is recorded against the correct cost centres and financial reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with UK Working Time Regulations and internal policies by auditing employee timecards and leave records. Process timesheet corrections and amendments as required to maintain data integrity. Manage the calculation and tracking of annual leave balances, Dynamic Working and statutory leave entitlements (maternity, paternity, unpaid leave, etc.). Liaise with HR and employees to resolve queries related to time tracking, absences, and leave management. Generate and analyse weekly and monthly reports on timesheet compliance and attendance trends for internal stakeholders. In Addition You Will Be Involved In The Following International Mobility Administration - Maintaining expatriate, business visitor, and international assignee records in Workday. Data cleanups, ensuring compliance for business travellers and provide administrative support to the International Mobility team, including documentation management and reporting. Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices - Monitor & maintain changes in local labour laws and working hour regulations, collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to update internal policies and ensure payroll and timekeeping practices align with regulatory requirements. Support internal audits & compliance reviews and always seek to improve efficiency and compliance. What does Leidos need from me? To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with experience in time & attendance management, workforce compliance, or payroll-related functions. You will have knowledge and understanding of UK and International employment regulation, particularly: Working Time Regulations: Leave entitlements (statutory, TOIL, flexible working, maternity/paternity, unpaid leave, etc.) Recent labour law updates impacting holiday accrual and neonatal leave Ability to learn and apply labour regulations in other jurisdictions, particularly India and Mexico. Carbon60 are currently working in partnership with one of the worlds most well known aircraft manufacturers to recruit an experienced AIT Production Engineer on an initial 12 month contract basis. This position will focus on the assembly integration and test (AIT) in the mechanical engineering team, this will involve writing processes, plans and procedures in 3D experience for the production of satellites. Also to be involved with hardware assembly of black boxes, solar arrays and structure panels including testing and the testing facility. The production site is based in Stevanage however the test facility is based in Oxford, after a 4 month period fully based in Stevenage the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to the test facility in Oxford during testing phases. Responsibilities: Support to the customisation phase starting at the project kick off. Support project DMU (Digital mock-up/design for manufacture) sessions to ensure design for manufacture. Support in the creation of documentation required for the production phases, including ACS inputs, work instructions, and procedures. Lead the installation of Satellite appendages and applicable integration flows and preparation. Support the definition of MGSE for use on the Satellite and support procurement activities. Support Process Owner team in all aspects of their role. Support to AIT Lead Engineering team in periods of high workload. Creation of MBOMs and build process in DDMS Support process owners with observation resolution and operational activities. Oversee unit installation activities on the Satellite. Support quality reviews, conduct PFMEA and Root Cause Analysis Support in the creation of re-work instructions based on project requirements and identify parts and tooling required to carry them out. Design of tooling / build aids for assembly execution Support to R&D Training module creation and maintenance. Responsible for ensuring that our working modes and processes are standardised, optimised, and current. Produce new processes, undertake process improvement and maintenance and monitor process implementation in operations. Experience Required: Minimum of HNC level in a Mechanical discipline. A lesser qualification is acceptable if a high level of similar industry experience can be demonstrated. High mechanical skills and relevant experience. Writing Procedures and process control. 3D Experience – Delmia Able to work offsite (UK and abroad) for undefined periods at short notice. Work overtime and shifts when requested. Able to support out of normal hours work using the “on call” rota process. Quality driven approach with high attention to detail. Knowledge and experience in the production of high quality documentation (test specs, test plans, test procedures, AIT Plans, DDV plans). High self-motivation and ability to deal with changing priorities on a multi project basis. Good problem solving skills (technical, logistics and organisational). Good planning skills and process competence, (MRP system experience an advantage). Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
