The Opportunity:
To join a major digital transformation project that is transforming the way our government agency client stores, accesses and processes information about its people, providing their employees a self-service function that is simple, efficient and user friendly, whilst providing the data needed to help inform their decision-making.

While a history of working with Oracle products would be useful, it is more important to get the right ‘technical leadership’ skills to bring various people and parts of the government agency together to solve problems and see the bigger picture for the digital transformation piece.

Skills and Experience:
Document major changes appropriately in Confluence, LeanIX, etc.
Lead on design work for integrations, migrations and major changes to the current Oracle Fusion platform
Able to create as-is product documentation for existing services (data flows, network models, technology and platform usage, existing commercial contract arrangements, etc.)
Leading on strategic technical planning, providing priority roadmaps and creating risk registers documenting the biggest risks to the government agency under different scenarios

Role and Responsibilities:
You will be supporting delivery partners where necessary with connections into relevant areas of the business, ensuring that all major changes are being taken through necessary governance groups and support those through these processes.

Support and lead on design work for integrations, migrations and major changes to the existing Oracle Fusion platform, documenting major changes appropriately (in Confluence, LeanIX, etc.)

Pro-actively lead the transformation of the Buyer’s ERP services, unblocking obstacles to the progress of the programme and identifying opportunities for advancement ensuring that technology professionals from the agency are aware of the programme, its dependencies and major risks.
