The Training
Our Graduate Programme is aligned with the institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) competenciesand during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as: design, research, sales and proposals, project management, operations and procurement; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IET/IEE/InstMC. After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders.
Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK program also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate led European network for engineering graduates.
The Candidates
To be considered for our graduate scheme you should hold an IET/IEE/InstMCaccredited MEng or BEng (Hons)degree in an Electrical and/or ElectronicEngineering Discipline.
