Enterprise Finance System Functional Solution Architect - £850pd (Inside IR35)

**Experience of moving a client from one enterprise financial system to another is essential**

My prestigious legal client is moving from their existing system (SAP) to a new Practice Management System (PMS) enterprise platform (Aderant) and requires a Functional Solution Architect to join the PMS/ERP Programme team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

- The design and implementation of comprehensive end-to-end business solutions across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Develop and maintain the overarching PMS/ERP business solution architecture, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Design end-to-end processes that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
- Facilitate Business Design Authority governance boards to evaluate and support design decisions across key stakeholder groups.
- Partner with business leaders to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Engage external vendors and partners to deliver optimal business solutions.
- Drive the implementation of PMS business designs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Functional Solution Architect within PMS/ERP programmes.
- Demonstrated expertise across S2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
- Strong understanding of data-process relationships and experience working with data migration teams.
- Experience within a professional services environment (legal is highly desirable).
