For this job you must:
Have hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
Be experienced in designing and implementing API/interfaces between systems
Have worked with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) in a Low-Code/No-Code environment

Our Backoffice Applications team plays a crucial role in supporting the magic that happens on screen. While our production teams capture every thrilling moment of major sports events worldwide, our backoffice systems ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from procurement and finance to sales operations. We're currently enhancing our ERP environment with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and need a skilled analyst to help us create seamless integrations that power our global operations.

Your Responsibilities
ERP System Integration & Enhancement
Analyze, design and implement interfaces between MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and our backoffice applications
Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and minimal maintenance needs
Manage data migration and system evolutions
Backoffice Applications Development
Implement low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
Support the development, configuration and maintenance of backoffice solutions
Document business processes and propose improvements
Design elegant interface solutions tailored to HBS's unique broadcasting environment
User Support & System Maintenance
Provide training and ongoing support to backoffice users
Troubleshoot system issues and prioritize fixes
Monitor system performance with focus on procurement, finance, and sales modules
Ensure ERP interfaces operate with minimal maintenance requirements

Is it really for me?
Technical Background
Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field
Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience with API/interface implementation specifically for Business Central
Proficiency with Power Platform and low-code/no-code development
Knowledge of MS SharePoint or CMS technologies
Familiarity with MS Azure SQL Databases
Your Working Style
You're not afraid to design interfaces and provide technical support
You understand both IT and business processes, especially in procurement/sourcing
You're comfortable working in a bilingual environment (English/French)
You enjoy building solutions that require minimal maintenance
You're more of a techno-functional professional than a pure developer
Soft Skills
Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
Excellent at following and promoting established processes
Strong communication skills with diverse specialists
Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
