Sous la direction générale, vous aurez la responsabilité de déployer l’ERP Odoo.

Vous accompagnerez l’ensemble des opérationnels dans la digitalisation des process métiers afin de permettre à l’entreprise de continuer son expansion.

Dans un premier temps, vous mènerez le projet de migration d’ERP afin de centraliser l’ensemble des applications existantes (SAGE 100, PRAXEDO) sur l’outil Odoo.
Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble des périmètres du groupe : commerce, planification, logistique, distribution, comptabilité, facturation et devis
Vous débuterez par l’implémentation du siège social avant de déployer le site de Paris puis au Luxembourg.

Pour se faire vos principales missions seront :

-Auditer l’ensemble du SI du groupe afin de proposer et définir la roadmap à court et moyen terme
-Choisir et piloter les prestataires pour vous accompagner dans l’intégration et les développements de spécifiques
-Rédiger la documentation techniques et fonctionnelles pour faciliter la transmission des informations entre les différentes parties prenantes (opérationnel, direction, prestataires)
-Accompagner les opérationnels dans l’utilisation de l’outil à travers des formations et le support

-Vous avez déjà paramétré une solution pour l’adapter aux besoins utilisateurs
-Des connaissances en infrastructure sont un plus pour échanger avec les prestataires
