Welfare Academy is a UK - Based Company and we are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team within the Health & Social Care department. If you are passionate about education and looking to impact the next generation of healthcare professionals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of educational content under the supervision of senior educators.
Participate in paper correction and assessment processes to ensure high academic standards.
Support students through direct engagement and academic assistance.
Engage in ongoing training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory; Master of Education (M.Ed) preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant.
UK-based teaching qualifications highly advantageous; specific qualifications in Nursing Education preferred.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Experience in Health & Social Care educational settings.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
