Blue Pimento is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background.
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes within cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical solutions to foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.
Location: Brussels
Required Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a banking or environment.
Strong technical orientation, with an understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, or DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is required; SAFe certification is a plus.
Bachelor/Master in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Experience in Banking and or Insurance sector is mandatory.
Knowledge in Security management is a plus.
