I am working with a social housing provider to recruit a Junior Systems Developer who is eager to grow their skills in housing management systems and digital solutions. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to modernise housing services, improving processes for both staff and tenants.

You will be designing and developing digital forms and automated workflows, helping to streamline operations and make everyday tasks easier for your colleagues and the wider community.

A key part of this role involves working with low-code housing management systems such as Aareon, NEC, MRI, Orchard, etc. The organisation currently has many manual processes, so you’ll play a crucial role in automating workflows and improving efficiency.

You will gain experience across the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to integrating your digital solutions into wider applications.

They are committed in investing in your growth and will provide you access to training and development courses, mentorship from senior members of the team and qualification opportunities as well as hands on experience working with experts in their fields.

You will be a great fit if you have:
Some experience with Low-Code Platforms or a keen interest in learning
Some knowledge of SQL
System Integrations
A passion for technology and problem-solving

Additional skills that would be beneficial:
JavaScript, HTML
APIs and system connectivity
An understanding of Housing Management Systems or similar platforms

The salary on offer is up to £40,000 with some great benefits.

The role is hybrid with twice a week onsite in their office in Gloucestershire.
