Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Sheffield / London (2 days Hybrid)
Job Type: 6-12 month Contract

Job Overview:
We are Looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team, specialising in IT Infrastructure /Cloud Projects. This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of requirements into efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements.
Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Conditional Access – streamline policies to strengthen our security, enhance user access controls, to ensure balance between protection and productivity.
Certificate Authority PKI - Enhanced the infrastructure to strengthen security, ensure compliance, and streamline certificate management.
Server Lifecycle Replacement – eliminating tech debt and updating our servers across the estate to supported versions
Door Access Management - enhancing security controls for user access to ensure compliance.
Log Analytics Server Upgrade – upgraded monitoring, troubleshooting, security analysis, and reporting by centralising log data and insights
Hyper-V phase 1 – enable improved VM management ensuring we can run multiple operating systems on a single physical server

Preferred Skills:
Industry experience in Financial Services
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster.
Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.
