So, what will you be doing?
Supporting the CRM team in building and deploying emails for acquisition & lifecycle programmes
Supporting CRM Managers in executing test and learn strategies, to help us improve programmes and identifying additional opportunities for automated emails and lifecycle campaigns
Supporting channel diversification initiatives through push notifications and SMS campaigns
Liaising with the our Member Happiness team and share any campaign plans that may result in an increase in customer contact and work with them on any proactive member comms requirements
Staying in the know on industry insight and trends to fully optimise emails and app messages
Championing email and app message best practices in collaboration with editorial and creative teams
Evaluating the performance of campaigns to identify trends and opportunities

Are familiar with email marketing tools, such as Iterable or equivalent
Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams
Be great at coordinating and planning projects
Comfortable working with customer data to segment databases for targeted marketing
Demonstrate a passion for CRM and email and be knowledgeable about how CRM can drive customer loyalty and engagement
Have a good understanding of web analytics and customer databases
Have experience of email best practice with a keen interest to expand this across global markets
Be incredibly motivated, driven and detail orientated
Have experience working within a commerce environment
Be confident working with people at all levels of the organisation and able to develop strong working relationships
