Here’s what you will do

As a Business Analyst you will work with Credera clients and colleagues to translate customer requirements and business intent into effective change. You’ll help clients achieve their goals by gathering and analysing requirements, understanding and mapping processes and analysing data. Typically, you will be involved in improving clients working practices, products and software through business and data analysis.

As well as working on large-scale IT and business transformation programmes, our consultants get involved with a broad range of rewarding activities; from the development of new products and tools, to sponsored sporting events and cake baking in support of our annual chosen charity.

Hours

This is a permanent onsite role within our Management Consultant function. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes, and so travel both UK and international is a requirement.

Responsibilities
Gather and validate business and technical requirements using business analyst and design thinking techniques
Articulate user experiences through developing user persona, storyboards, customer journey maps
Assist with the development of and prioritisation of product user story / requirements and maintain the overall product backlog
Support the facilitation of workshops using different techniques
Design and document processes
Support the design of operating models
Support the implementation of business change

These systems include quantitative study environments and data pipelines, the generation/visualisation of trading data and publication of trading signals. They constantly improve these systems, so they are stable, fast and easy to use by their Quants and Traders. As our clients suite of applications expands and becomes increasingly critical to their trading, they have identified a need to introduce a dedicated DevOps role. The successful candidate will work closely with Developers and the Quants to improve their CI/CD process, incrementally enhancing our ability to deploy their systems quickly to production in a secure, stable and scalable manner. There will be opportunities to collaborate with Developers as new solutions are developed to ensure applications are designed with production monitoring and supportability considered from the outset.
