We are looking for a passionate Front-End Technologist & Client Consultant who thrives on innovation, disruption, and thought leadership. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, challenging and coaching their teams while championing Mindera's expertise and values. You will play a key role in assessing client needs, facilitating technical improvements, and reporting insights back to Mindera to drive strategic support and innovation.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate technical challenges and drive innovation
Provide thought leadership by identifying new trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end development
Challenge, coach, and mentor client teams to improve their technical capabilities and development processes
Champion Mindera in client engagements, ensuring our expertise is recognized and valued
Report findings, challenges, and opportunities to Mindera to refine how we support our clients
Collaborate with both client and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with business goals.


Technical Skills

Expertise in modern front-end development technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimisation
Experience with modern development workflows (CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks)
Ability to work in an agile environment and integrate with cross-functional teams.


Soft Skills

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—able to articulate complex ideas clearly
Strong consulting mindset—able to challenge and influence teams while being a supportive partner
Ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders
