Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience at Amaris Consulting. This position offers a full-time Undetermined Duration Contract based in Brussels, Belgium.
Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing Java, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other relevant technologies.
Construct efficient database architectures and enhance SQL queries for optimal performance.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Partner with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of various functionalities.
Assess project requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Uphold code quality through regular reviews and refactoring as needed.
Diagnose application issues, identify underlying causes, and implement timely corrective measures.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled but also possesses strong problem-solving abilities. We appreciate individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional work while promoting a positive team atmosphere.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a comparable software development role.
You are proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and have experience with databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
Your skill set includes server-side programming languages such as .Net, Java, Python, Ruby, etc.
You are comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
A flair for visual design and usability, along with experience in version control systems like Git, is highly advantageous.
You demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, are essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
You are willing to work in Brussels, Belgium.
