Hobson Prior is seeking a Medical Affairs Data & Tech Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves working closely with medical experts and IT professionals to enhance data analytics capabilities and support business decisions. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium, with opportunities for remote work.

Responsibilities:
Work with medical and IT teams to develop technical solutions.
Analyze data and create dashboards using Power BI.
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
Support digital transformation initiatives in a pharmaceutical setting.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Skilled in Power BI and data integration.
Strong communication abilities.
Experience in a regulated environment, ideally pharmaceuticals.
Familiarity with Snowflake, R, and Python is advantageous.
Understanding of data governance and management.
