We're Hiring! Learning Experience Designer (French)

Are you passionate about learning experience design and fluent in French and English? Do you want to work with some of the biggest names in hospitality, like Five Guys, Burger King, Soho House, Costa Coffee, and more? What You'll Do

Undertake a comprehensive scoping process with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine learning/performance outcomes.
Research subject areas, as directed by subject matter experts or through own initiative.
Make recommendations for the best resource(s) based on scoping, and geographical and market knowledge.
Produce pedagogically robust learning and performance resources that make best use of learning theory, media, interactive possibilities, and technology.
Write, translate, and revise learning content, with exceptional attention to detail and consistency with brand style guidelines. Produce high-quality texts in French and translate from English and/or Spanish into French.
Make amends to previous translations and edit these directly on authoring tools.
Liaise with third party providers (e.g. voice over talent, translation companies and animators).
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, as determined by line manager.
Quality-assure assets produced to ensure standards of excellence.
Proactively keep pace with industry developments in learning experience, technology and media production, as well as the hospitality industry.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in French (native-level writing & proofreading) and strong English communication (B2+)
2+ years of experience in translation or a relevant qualification, working across diverse topics
Knowledge of learning design theories and techniques, or teaching or experience working with or creating learning materials
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Bonus Points

Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Evolve, CAT tools, AI tools
Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism sector
