We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist with expertise in Power BI, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, transforming, and visualizing complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to build robust data solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Create complex visualizations and metrics that represent data clearly and concisely for business users.
Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
Develop, implement, and maintain SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing necessary data cleansing and transformation tasks.
Optimize and troubleshoot SSIS packages for efficiency and scalability.
Design and maintain OLAP cubes and tabular models using SSAS for advanced data analytics.
Implement and optimize SSAS solutions for high performance and efficient querying.
Develop MDX (Multidimensional Expressions) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to support advanced analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and build data models to meet those needs.
Implement data pipelines that ensure the seamless integration of multiple data sources into reporting systems.
Develop and manage data warehouses, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
