SeniorEcommerce UX Researcher
Fully Remote - Contract Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, You will conduct primary qualitative research activities, including defining and recruiting the right participants, you will also carry out primary usability research to understand user challenges and perceptions of live or prototyped software. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and share findings in a compelling and empowering way will be essential. Additionally, you will encourage decisions based on evidence and provide feedback on designs to ensure they meet user needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a User Researcher across B2C and B2B products.
You will conduct Qualitative research
Ecommerce experience ; marketplace experience is desirable.
The ability to plan and facilitate research interviews and usability testing.
An understanding of broader user and customer experience measurements.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain often technical information to a non-technical audience.
The ability to use insights to recommend improvements to a product or service based on user needs, business goals, and accessibility.
