Job Summary:
Rate - 400-450 Inside IR 35
We are seeking a passionate and highly interactive Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, strong knowledge of GDS patterns, and experience in manual GDS. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, a great communicator, and aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in alignment with business requirements.
Work with GDS patterns to ensure seamless integration and automation.
Develop and customise plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise CRM processes.
Ensure manual GDS compliance and execution in CRM solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise CRM functionalities for performance improvements.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong understanding of GDS patterns and how they align with CRM.
Experience with manual GDS processes.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure services and cloud-based CRM solutions.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
