Job Description

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Presales Consultant who actively participates in the presales process and writes proposals for customers in the International Organisations sector. The function requires strong interactions with the Sales and the Operation Divisions. The candidate will report to the Pre-sales Director and performs a wide range of duties including the following:

Support to lead assessment (strategic interest, selection of lead to consider);
Bid management (co-ordination internally and externally with partners) mainly on the technical part;
Technical writer for some parts of the proposals based on standard texts;
Bid assessment challenging the proposed solutions (functional, technical and pricing aspects, coherence);
Participation in internal texts improvement process.

Job requirements

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following:

Has a higher education or University degree preferably in Information Technology with experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing and Pre-sales (alternatively IT Project Management or IT Consulting);
Has experience with large bids in minimum one of the following sectors: European Institutions, Industry, Energy & Utilities, Finance;
Has the ability to successfully address specifications in the context of tendering with adequate level of details and quality;
Shows leadership, creativity and ability for management;
Is a team player curious for new technologies and willing to work in an international environment;
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French or Dutch are considered as assets);
Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
