We have an exciting opportunity to join a global leading consumer goods company as their Financial Controller on a 6 month contract!

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and executing all actions regarding staff costs planning
Supporting business goals and decision making, contributing to evolution of the staff cost community, and driving local and global transformation strategies.
Collaborating with HR to drive optimisation of workforce planning and resource allocation
Liaising with HR Directors and Managers, working closely with the finance team to guarantee accurate data on staff costs to support the business.

Requirements:
5+ years Financial Controlling/FP&A
Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or alternative planning software
Experience in budgeting/forecasting staff costs within a large international company
