Training Developer Specialist
London (2 days a week onsite)
£500 via umbrella

We believe that the key to success lies in continuous learning and development. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Training Developer Specialist who can design engaging training materials and programmes that inspire our employees to reach their full potential!
What You’ll Do:
Design & Develop: Create engaging and effective training programmes tailored to our diverse workforce.
Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and employee needs.
Evaluate & Improve: Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously enhance learning experiences.
Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table by exploring new training technologies and methodologies.
Facilitate: Lead training sessions that captivate and motivate learners, fostering an interactive and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (including Audit Management), Onboarding and Transitions, HR Service Delivery, Asset Management, etc.
Proven experience in instructional design and the development of training programmes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems.
A creative mindset with a passion for lifelong learning and development.
