Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Test Plan Development & Execution: Define and execute test strategies for backend APIs and frontend applications within a Microsoft environment.
Test Automation & Management: Utilize Postman, Azure DevOps, and other automation tools to streamline testing processes.
Application Testing: Conduct SharePoint and Dynamics 365 application tests, ensuring seamless integration.
Bug Identification & Documentation: Track, record, and propose improvements to enhance software reliability.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with development teams to ensure high standards in software quality.
Regression Testing: Validate new releases while ensuring existing functionality remains intact.
Test Result Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed reports on test findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills
Test Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Postman, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Programming Languages: Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, or equivalent languages.
API Knowledge: Understanding REST, SOAP, and OData principles.
Data Handling: Proficiency in JSON, XML, and SQL.
SDLC & Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
Performance & Load Testing: Capable of analyzing security protocols and application performance.
Microsoft Technologies: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
Communication & Teamwork: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Azure DevOps for continuous integration & deployment.
Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure as a cloud platform.
Monitoring & Insights: Experience with Application Insights/Azure Monitor.
Certifications: Preferably Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
