HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Localisation : Paris
Télétravail : 2-3 jours/semaine
Salaire : selon profil et expérience, 95K-110K euros fixe
Nous recherchons un Head of Engineering pour notre client, une plateforme SaaS française. Vous serez rattaché au CTO et aurez comme responsabilité de manager des équipes Developer et Back-end.
Missions :
Participer aux revues de code
Suivre régulièrement les développeurs
Aider à la montée en compétences et à la performance
Mettre en place les processus en interne
Participer aux sessions brainstorming
Profil recherché :
BAC+5 école d'ingénieurs
+8 ans d'expérience post-diplôme
Expérience avérée en start-up/scale-up
Maîtrise de Python
Anglais et Français obligatoires
