What You Will Be Doing

Crafting contemporary web applications with premier libraries and tools.
Advancing cloud-native backends using cutting-edge AWS serverless architectures.
Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, team standards, and client needs.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Fixing trivial bugs or working on minor features in outdated codebases.
Maintaining poorly written products with cumbersome infrastructure.
Enduring endless meetings about roadmaps or chasing after colleagues.

Basic Requirements

Senior Software Engineer key responsibilities

Minimum of 4 years' experience in developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
At least 2 years as the key technical contributor for a development team or software product.
Proficiency in leveraging generative AI in everyday development tasks.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
