Job Title: Process Expert
Job Type: Contract/Freelance

Work regime: Hybrid (2 Day Onsite in a Week)

What you will be doing
Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
Manage end-to-end process documentation (AS IS and TO BE)
Reviewing and updating existing process descriptions, model data
Develop process strategies (from AS IS to TO BE)
Monitor the performance and quality of the Product processes (NPS, NPE, n° of incidents, etc.) and improve them
Process governance, documentation and optimization
Document management
Accurate reporting towards management
Stakeholder management

What you will Have:-
Strong technical writing skills and strong expertise with process modelling techniques and methods
Excellent experience with process modelilng tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
Good experience with digitization project (chatbot, mobile) to optimize operations
One past experience with AI to improve process or operations (Copilot and/or chatgpt like)
Proven experience with business stakeholders to collect requirements through workshops
Proven experience with business stakeholders to ensure good adoption of the changes
