Pour le compte de notre client, nous recherchons des chargés d’assistance technique et fonctionnelle pour renforcer nos équipes.

Responsabilités :

• Gestion proactive des appels entrants, offrant un support technique de premier niveau.

• Diagnostic et résolution efficace des problèmes informatiques à distance.

• Suivi méticuleux des demandes d'évolution fonctionnelle des utilisateurs, en garantissant leur enregistrement et leur traçabilité.

Profil Recherché :

Etre titulaire d'un plan diplôme bac+2/+3 en informatique
bon niveau de communication en français
Solides compétences techniques en résolution de problèmes informatiques
