Contract Type: Freelance
Duration: 05/05/2025 – 31/12/2025 (Full-Time, 8 months, with possibility of extension)
Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week onsite)

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior IAM Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing secure access across the organization’s digital landscape. You will:

Develop and implement enterprise-grade IAM solutions to automate user access to systems and applications.
Design and support authentication and authorization models for all types of logical access.
Lead architectural planning aligned with business needs and security requirements.
Implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
Architect and deploy Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
Analyze and recommend secure implementation choices.
Ensure optimal configuration of security technologies and contribute to technical standards and documentation.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, impactful solutions.

Your key qualifications

Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including IGA and CIAM.
Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure, LDAP, OAuth, RBAC, SAML, and Cloud Security.
Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27K, CISSP, and security governance best practices.
Capable of navigating and influencing within large organizational environments.
Experience contributing to technical roadmaps and implementing security tools effectively.
Native/bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French, with professional English.

Certifications like CIGE, CIAM, or CIMP.
Proven track record implementing IAM strategies in complex IT landscapes.
