Job Specifications

We are seeking a motivated Junior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support the secure and efficient management of digital identities and access rights within a large international IT environment. This position offers the chance to develop your skills in information security while working alongside experienced professionals on challenging projects.

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents promptly and accurately.
Create and manage user identities with precision and attention to detail.
Manage and monitor access rights across systems and applications according to defined roles.
Review existing user identities and deactivate those no longer required.
Act as a point of contact for IAM-related inquiries.
Assist in implementing, documenting, and improving IAM processes and procedures.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Interest in information security and willingness to learn new skills.
Basic understanding of IAM concepts; familiarity with tools such as SailPoint is an advantage.
