Vulnerability Analyst | 6–12 months | London | 4–5 days onsite

Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm looking to bring in a SOC Analyst to join their delivery team as an Associate Consultant for a Vulnerability Analyst with proven Rapid7 experience to support threat and vulnerability assessments, scanning, and remediation across critical systems.
You’ll be joining a delivery-focused team working on a hands-on, enterprise-level assignment where proactive analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and practical remediation plans are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct threat and vulnerability assessments
Analyse and prioritise vulnerabilities by risk level and business impact
Build and implement remediation plans in collaboration with IT teams
Apply patches and support security improvement activity
Perform vulnerability scanning and validation using Rapid7
Provide recommendations and document security best practices
Engage stakeholders to promote awareness and drive remediation
Required Experience:
Financial Services Experience
3+ years in threat/vulnerability analysis or related cyber roles
Hands-on experience with Rapid7 is essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working onsite in London 4–5 days per week (not remote)
