RED Global now has an urgent requirement for an Senior Data Compliance Consultant to join one of our international Clients for a hybrid opportunity in Paris.

As a Senior Data Compliance Consultant, you will be the ally of our customers to guide them in the operational implementation of Data regulations (GDPR and AI Act in particular)

Job Requirements :

Strategic support: Diagnose GDPR/AI Act compliance, define appropriate roadmaps and propose operational solutions, set up the necessary governance to ensure compliance, design or adjust internal policies and associated procedures
Operational support:
Support for Data Protection Officers or Data Officers on the operational application of regulatory requirements: Privacy by Design, risk analyses, support for compliance actions, etc.
Support on specific projects such as the management of retention periods, the compliance of a Data platform, the deployment of generative AI, etc.
Training and awareness: Lead sessions for client teams and popularize regulatory issues.
Monitoring and innovation: Staying at the forefront of regulatory developments and contributing to the development of relevant offers.
Require someone with law background and international experience is mandatory.
