Job Specifications

Templeton and Partners are looking for Senior Scrum Master for our global client.

Location- London, hybrid
Contract- 6 months, inside IR35

Requirements:
Very good understanding of Azure Devops as an ALM tool
5-8 years of Agile/Scrum experience in managing complex software programs and services as a Project Manager or similar technical role in a software development environment
Outstanding collaboration skills, prior experience working in a matrix and geographically distributed organization
Highly organized and execution focused, accountable and driven
Proven track record of shipping high quality products on-time
Strong skills in communication, risk assessment, change management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and convince
Strong project management of large implementation of platforms
Must Have Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM)
Nice to Have - SAFe certs
Nice to Have - Technical knowledge with a desired emphasis on current Supply industry trends and Agile development techniques
