Junior Regional Sales Manager - Semiconductor - West France

New opportunity available due to growth for a Junior Salesperson to work for a unique global semiconductor company to cover the West of France.

You will be responsible for developing sales business plans and strategies to maximise revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at key customers across a defined region.

This opportunity would suit an individual who is at the point of their career of stepping up and seeking new challenges and skills. This role has been created for an individual who is strong in strategic sales and in building new and long-term customer relationships. You will have solid phone sales skills, experience with face-to-face customer visits with passion and an interest in traveling. Suitable for Senior/Lead Inside Sales Representative or Account Managers.

Experience working within the electronics and semiconductor industry would be highly advantageous, but not a must.

You will be provided with full training, tools and colleagues’ support to mentor, coach and to help you grow into a knowledgeable and an expert in the semiconductor field.

Junior Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3 of internal sales or account management experience
Knowledge and experience working across various markets such as industrial, defence, aerospace, automotive would be preferable
Degree qualified within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related subject would be highly advantageous
Flexible with a willingness to travel across the West of France
Be comfortable working from a home office
Fluent in French and English
