£55,000 - £60,000 + 41 Days Annual Leave + 14.5% Pension - 3 Year Fixed-Term Contract

Lead deliverables in large-scale transformation programmes.
Influence senior leaders with compelling cases for change.
Design innovative solutions using a data-led approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Coach and nurture subject matter experts.
Engage stakeholders and advocate for change.
Implement change across people, processes, technology, and data.
Skills & Experience:
Strategic competencies and leadership experience.
Knowledge of change management methodologies.
Experienced in delivering transformation projects.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to develop innovative solutions and influence behaviours.
Experience in managing diverse resources in a matrix organisation.
