We’re looking for an experienced Technology Business Operations Lead to manage a high-impact technology separation programme. This strategic role will see you reporting into the CTO function, driving coordination across business and technology teams to ensure milestones are hit and deliverables are completed on time.
You’ll play a key role in managing remediation tasks and technical planning as part of a wider M&A initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of a strategic technology separation programme
Act on behalf of the CTO to maintain accountability and drive delivery across teams
Oversee remediation planning and technical separation tasks
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution against strict deadlines

Key Experience & Skills:
Extensive Technology Programme Management experience
Strong Business/Delivery Management background, ideally in Financial Services or Data-led organisations
Direct experience in M&A or separation programmes, with understanding of both tech and business elements
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present information visually and effectively
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working at senior levels

Contract Information:
Start Date: 21st April or ASAP
Duration: 9 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Working Pattern: Remote, with occasional travel to London required
