Public Digital is a fast-growing consultancy that has been at the heart of transforming organisations that impact millions of people. Our clients tell us we show up differently to other consultants; we’re clear about what we stand for, we’re candid, clear and kind, we work alongside our clients rather than just for them.

We help global institutions that matter thrive in the internet era. We apply the culture, processes, business models and technologies of the internet era to help teams build and run excellent services. Working with the leaders doing strategy, and the teams doing delivery, we operate globally, advising large organisations and governments on six continents.

We have a world-class reputation for our work with governments. In our past, we established the UK Government Digital Service. As PD, we have advised the leaders and teams of over 35 governments and philanthropic foundations.

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter, ideally with experience and passion in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment to help us fulfil our hiring needs.

Role Overview

Train and support hiring managers to run fair and equitable recruitment campaigns

A deep understanding of digital consultant role profiles, inclusive hiring practices, and practical experience embedding these in recruitment
Confident working across multiple roles at once and managing stakeholders at all levels
Skilled in writing accessible, inclusive job ads and using data to inform hiring decisions
Comfortable advocating for change and challenging the status quo in a constructive way
Able to bring in new, fresh ideas to attract diverse talent
The desire to work with the wider People Team on setting diverse talent up for success in all aspects of the employee lifecycle
High attention to detail in maintaining our ATS system (Workable) as well as all templates in regards to contracts, offer letters and more
Being able to match candidate skillsets to the hiring needs of different sectors
