Join emagine as a Certified Change Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for change management? emagine is currently seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive the successful adoption of the E-DTMS system, a crucial Technical Documentation Storage management tool.

This role offers a 12-month contract, and the opportunity to work in a full-time hybrid model based in the Braine-l’Alleud region of Wallon, Belgium.

About the Role:

As a Change Manager, you will lead organizational change initiatives, championing the transition to the new E-DTMS system while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Main Responsabilities

Lead the implementation and adoption of the E-DTMS system.
Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify key influencers.
Collaborate with civil engineers to manage the people side of change.
Support and coach employees through transitions.
Prepare training materials and lead workshops.
Develop and maintain change management strategies.
Monitor and report on change initiative progress.
Manage resistance and engage all stakeholders.

Key requirements :

8+ years of experience in Change Management.
Strong background in documentation and storage management.
French native speaker , fluent english.
Certifications in Change Management methodologies.
Prior experience in a technical engineering setting.
