One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Software Developer, Embedded in Canada, Kosovo, North Macedonia, USA, or United Kingdom.

This role focuses on developing innovative embedded features that streamline operations for small business owners and enhance customer experience. You'll work primarily with Python to build software integrated with various embedded systems such as Raspberry Pi and RP2040 microcontrollers. You'll join a globally distributed team of 5-8 developers dedicated to creating scalable, user-friendly embedded tech solutions. Collaboration, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset are key to success in this position. Whether you're a seasoned developer or early in your career, what matters most is your drive and your passion for making a real-world impact.

Accountabilities:

Design and develop embedded software features that enhance business efficiency and customer experience
Collaborate with remote teammates to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Integrate and test software with hardware platforms like Raspberry Pi and RP2040
Contribute to product architecture and system design discussions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for various embedded environments

Requirements

Proven experience with Python and frameworks such as Flask
Familiarity with embedded hardware platforms like Raspberry Pi and RP2040
Basic knowledge of C programming and Linux-based systems
Experience using Docker and working with databases
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable working remotely across time zones and collaborating asynchronously
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
