An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a Group Level CFO (Chief Financial Officer) on a Contract basis to be involved in assisting with key board-level strategic decision making for a London based business with an annual Turnover in excess of £500M.

Key aspects of the role will include:
Financial reporting
Financial forecasting
Debt review
Funding strategy (working capital)
Lender engagement
Invoice discount review
IP Equity Finance
Data gathering and interpretation to assist with board level decision making

Requirements:
The ideal candidate:
Experienced in all of the above
Corporate Finance experience
Front line experience in terms of directly presenting to potential investors and taking the lead on investor negotiations
Experienced at taking the lead on a 5 year exit strategy
Commercially focussed
Funding and debt pool experience
Creating finance models
Be a solid finance leader with a proven track record
Well versed with assisting in strategic level decision making

The role will involve hands-on elements as well as strategic.

Daily Contract Rate: Negotiable (depending on depth of experience)
Contract Length: 12 months +
